Server 500 Error experienced by Project Leaders

Dear Users,

We have fixed the “Server 500” error affecting draft forms, especially for project leaders. If you still experience this issue, you may raise it to us by clicking on the “Report an Issue” button located at the the bottom right of the page.

However, some project leaders may still have trouble submitting forms due to missing role assignments. Please make sure you have one of these roles:

• Faculty Member

• Quality Assurance Officer (Department, Division, Institute, Program)

• Director or Program Head

• College/School/Center Quality Assurance Officer

• Dean
